Check version and configuration tool for Zoom

Build a standalone windows exe programme to do the following to the ZOOM programme installed on a Windows PC:
Check what software version and OS version (32 or 64-bit) of Zoom is installed.
Automatically upgrade (or prompt with a link) to upgrade the software to the correct version with clean uninstall if required.
Automatically set the zoom programme to the chosen preconfigurstion of settings (with a prompt)
Cleanly exit after running

This requirement is due to a number of users running 32-bit versions of zoom on 64-bit machines, with minor errors resulting, plus a requirement to ensure zoom settings are set to a predetermined configuration.
