ChatGPT/OpenAI batch processor

Create a Windows program which processes a text file with multiple lines of text and submits each line of text as a question/request to ChatGPT and downloads the response and saves it in a text file, then processes the next line in the text file. I have a paid OpenAI/ChatGPT subscription. Need exe and source code.
