Centralised management of Windows Defender (Virus & Threat protection) of Windows 10 and 11

Need a centralised management software (or web app) for windows default Defender software (Virus & Threat protection). It needs to have two functionalities. 1. Collect reports (Scan results, all detected issues etc) from several Windows 10 and 11 computers. 2. Change Windows Defender settings of each computer remotely.
