Building and Leading an International Mobile Gaming Teams

We are looking to create a brand-new team of international gamers who will play and explore mobile games for pay. This is a fun and rewarding opportunity to build a performance-driven gaming team while connecting with talented players from around the world.
The main focus will be to recruit, coordinate, and manage players to test games, achieve in-game goals, and work together as a team. The project manager will oversee the hiring, communication, and performance tracking of the team, ensuring everyone meets weekly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire and onboard skilled mobile gamers from specific countries.
• Manage schedules and timelines for gameplay sessions.
• Monitor player progress, set targets, and track achievements.
• Ensure team members can access U.S.-exclusive mobile apps using emulators, VPNs, or other tools.
• Occasionally join gameplay sessions to understand team dynamics and processes.
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within the gaming or freelance industry.
• Ability to recruit and manage remote teams across multiple countries.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using mobile emulators (e.g., BlueStacks, LDPlayer) and VPNs.
• Familiarity with mobile games and app platforms.
