Automation for Coreldraw / Windows
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
Problem:
Customer has bitmap images that they need to laser engrave on their products
These bitmaps are created to scale via their online product customizer on their Web store
It is not possible to print the .bmp files directly to our laser software as it changes the size of the bitmap
In order to make it work properly, their current process is;
1. Import bitmap in to CorelDraw and place on page
2. Print from CorelDraw to our laser software (literally nothing else is done in Coreldraw other than importing the file in on the page and then printing straight out)
We are looking for a solution to hopefully automate the above so hopefully the user can simply select a bitmap file, push a button and then it will automatically perform the 2 steps above
The reason we need to use CorelDraw (and cant print directly to our laser software) is so the bitmap image size/scaling is retained when printing through to our laser software. When you try to print directly from Windows Photos it changes the size of the image which is not acceptable
