Auto-host Warcraft 3 MP Game on Iccup

There is a game Warcraft 3 (multiplayer). Community has a global servers Iccup
I want to create an automated game on a dedicated server so that the (game server) game starts itself after the previous game ends. This is called auto-host. I have a map. The problem is that I don't know how to host the server for these global servers. I tried Irina Bot and I managed to host a local server where the players are logged in, but my goal is to create a server on Iccup or europebattle net with automatic play, so that I don't have to create a game every time. The server is running on windows 2019 server. I also don’t know how to host a game if warcraft 3 doesn’t start on it. We need some kind of script that would allow not to start the game.
