Installing McAfee

I ran into an error message when installing McAfee virus protection on my new computer. I´m not a tech person, but if there is someone that could log remotely onto my computer (under my supervision) and solve the problem, then I´m willing to pay that person EUR 15 to try and then an additional EUR 15 when the task is fully completed. I should not take a long time for someone who knows what to do.
