windows server + vmware issue

i have dedicated server -large one- with windows server 2016

i installed vmware 16 on it and i created 3 vms

vm as active directory
vm as exchange server 2016
vm as sql server

the vms are working fine

but when i try to acess the domain jalssa.com its not resposned

and i couldnot recive or send email using my domain so far, mails are woking only inside the vm

so i need super experienced guy to resolve everyhting to make sure that my emaisl working fine and my php iis workng using my domain jalssa.com
