use sysrcd rescue image to attempt to back up any data from the drive for me for server

my windows server got problem,i can not restart it , It appears that the SSD is failing and having issues booting into the OS. the server supplier said we can use the sysrcd rescue image to attempt to back up any data from the drive ,
but i don't know how to do ,so please help me to do
i need to back up my files from the server
