setup vpn on domain server where we can use 3rd party app

I need someone to set up a VPN on my Windows domain server so that I can use a 3rd party app for remote access. I have a preferred VPN application that I would like to use. The ideal candidate should have experience in setting up VPNs on Windows servers and be familiar with the 3rd party app I want to use. The VPN should be set up for remote access.
