I need web configuration

Windows website migrated to new windows Plesk service provision. DNS has been set up for IP address. Configuration files need setting up for system root to point at the index file in httpdocs folder and check that the html links connect to the music files within folder. On completion of job website shoul be up and running on new service provision and i need to be able to upload edits via ftp client.
