metin server

I am in need of help with setting up a Metin server on Windows. At present, I do not have an SSH connection and I need help setting it up. Specifically, I would like assistance with the configuration of my server. I am looking for someone experienced in Windows-based Metin servers who can help me get it up and running properly.
