macOS Sonoma on VMware slow internet upload speed

I have installed macOS Sonoma on VMware 17 on a Windows 10 OS and was using it for a year already.
Now I have noticed issue with Internet speed inside VMware
Speed Test showing download 50MBps and upload 0.09MBps
Outside MVware the speed test is normal and showing both download and upload speed 50MBps.
AnyDesk access can be provided to connect to the system remotely to fix this issue
