iis website issue -- 2

Hi I need some help with an issue I'm having on website which uses iis.
The issue is when I go to the sites URL I just get the default iis website not the actual one on the system. iis is using port 8080 which is working fine. If I add the port number on the url it works fine. Seems that iis is not picking up the hostname and just redirects to the iis default site.
I have a proxy server which forwards the url to the server on my network. I have tested this and the its working as it should.
URL www.nucleus.loginto.me (this goes to default iis)
URL www.nucleus.loginto.me:8080 (this works fine and iis picks it up)
Access is limited and your need to tell me what to do as the server does not have remote access except on local network.
