We are looking for someone who can create a proxy server

We are social media company. I am looking for someone who can help us in creating proxy server. We will use it for managing Instagram accounts (about 1000 accounts). So for each account it should be separated proxy. We will make a purcase for everything you need, server and etc. You can setup only first one proxy and give us instruction for the rest of them so we can save your time.
