Windows server Data Center Active Directory fail over Storage Direct with cluster of Dell Units S2D

I have Dell servers with slightly distinct physicals configuration on RAM and HD capacity SAS and SATA in local storage and attached enclosures MD1400 and MD3200.

I need a certify windows server professional to configure the cluster to offer high availability. This is a Windows server Data Center edition environment.
