I have a problem with windows server 2012 some service will not start inlcuding
Net TCP Port Sharing Service
Windows Server Essentials Management service
I beleive it is a Net Framework 3.5 or 4.5 issue. These programs will are not responding to a re-install
I looking for an expert to assist with repairing these issues.
