Windows 2012R2 DC1 & DC2 migration to new Win2022

I am seeking a skilled professional to assist me with migrating my Windows 2012R2 DC1 and DC2 physical servers to a new Win2022 environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in Windows server migration and be able to complete the job efficiently and effectively.
Current Server Setup:
- DC1 is physical server and DC2 is virtual
Additional Services:
- DNS
Preferred Migration Method:
- Side-by-side migration method is preferred
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Experience in Windows server migration and DHCP services
- Ability to complete the job efficiently and effectively
New virtual servers of 2022 are already setup and updated. Will use TeamViewer for remote session.
