Windows drive split

I bought a new assembled machine. The person who did the work for me after delivering it went for a 1 month vacation. So I could not connect to him again when I found that my drive was split properly. He said he can do remote connect and try it. But he was not able to do that. As per him the SSD has 1 TB but my C Drive is not showing that because he did not create that properly.
I need someone to make sure that I have 4 drives and split my SSD
