Windows VPS complete clone from one vps to another vps (different provider)

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me copy my current Windows Server 2019 VPS to another VPS with a different provider. I need all configurations and software to be transferred to the new VPS. However, there are known compatibility issues between the two VPS providers, so I need someone who can ensure a seamless transfer without any issues. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows Server and VPS management.
Complete task must be done via teamviewr/anydesk . I have already tried doing it using Ma crium and A omei but when tried to restore, boot fails as they can't find the drives/partitions as virtio is required to load the drivers first
