Managed Active Directory permissions and group policies to ensure proper user access and
security.
➢ Assisted in the configuration and management of Active Directory environments, including
creating and maintaining user accounts groups and organizational units (OUs).
➢ Supported password resets, account lockouts and troubleshooting for Active Directory issues.
➢ Performed routine AD backups and restoration procedures to ensure data integrity.
➢ Supporting 1500+ client across Egypt governates, end to end client application support, HW and
networking support.
➢ Configure VPN.
➢ Configure Office 365.
➢ Troubleshooting Emails Issues.
➢ Troubleshooting File Server Issues.
➢ Ensuring data storage is safe and secure, as well as retrieving files when needed.
➢ Managing AD users & sites.
➢ Customize Windows server policies for client PC / Laptop.
➢ Provide support to VIP users and events.
➢ Handling management cases and any tasks related to enterprise.

➢ Responsible for planning and follow up on replacement waves to upgrade 800+ machine per
wave.
