Windows 2022 Standard Server - 2 Node Failover Cluster

We have two identical HPE DL380 Gen10 servers and need assistance with turning them into a two node failover Hyper-V cluster. We also have matching direct storage on both servers that we also need to be redundant and available to the hosted VM's. The project is to provide support until the server is setup and running in a stable production environment. We do not want to use 3rd party tools, only options native to Windows Standard Server
