Windows Server 2019 setup

I am looking for a freelancer who can set up Windows Server 2019 for file server as well as application hosting. The ideal candidate should have experience in custom configurations for such setups. The server will be accessed by 8-10 users users, and I require a seamless setup that ensures the smooth running of the applications. The computer where i wish to host this server is a windows 10 at the moment, it needs to be wiped and installed with a fresh setup of windows server 19 with RDC cals.
