Windows Server 2022 Setup and Boot Fix on Hetzner Dedicated Server

I’m looking for an experienced system administrator to help configure and troubleshoot a Windows Server 2022 installation on a Hetzner dedicated server (AX41-NVMe). The server currently boots into the Hetzner Rescue System, and I’ve manually installed Windows Server 2022 using an ISO and enabled RDP access. However, after rebooting, the server becomes unreachable (no ping, RDP down), likely due to a bootloader or disk configuration issue.
Tasks:
Investigate and fix the boot issue on the Windows Server 2022 installation
Ensure the system boots normally into Windows after restart
Configure stable and secure RDP access
(Optional) Perform a clean reinstallation of Windows Server 2022 if necessary – data can be lost
Verify that the system remains accessible after multiple reboots
Requirements:
Strong experience with Windows Server administration
Familiarity with Hetzner’s dedicated servers and Rescue System
Ability to work independently and resolve bootloader/disk config issues
