Windows 2008 Server Repair/ Windows System Restore

Windows 2008 server OS running on equally old dell server needs fixed. It ran for 5 years fine then all of a sudden it went offline. Turns out it reboots about a minute after it boots up and just keep doing that, so you can not log in and do anything. But I have a windows system restore image on a usb in the machine and the windows OS disk is in the cd drive, so the windows just needs restored from that image. It is my opinion the hardware is not the problem so it is either the OS got corrupted or some virus is possible i suppose but unlikely. I ran disk check from bios and data is fine and it has a SAS raid controller with bios utility that also says the physical disk and virtual disk is fine, and i had the host put new memory sticks in it and inspection was the fans running fine. So that's my conclusion. The server is in spring texas so go there and run the system restore or use a KVM remote tool and do it from your place. Give me a fixed price for your preference. If that don't work, there will be project B ... configure a replacement server or fix this one.
