Windows 2008 R2 Server Remote Desktop Setup

Hi, I have installed a fresh copy of Windows server 2008 R2 and I need assistance setting up Remote desktop services to access the server offsite.
I had this running earlier on the server, but the server crashed and I installed a fresh copy of Windows Server 2008 R2 from the CD.
I need assistance with setting up RDC and file sharing and printer.
I estimate it wouldn't take longer than an hour and I need someone now.
