Windows Server Migration with Services

I need to migrate my current Windows Server 2012 R2 to Windows Server 2022. The current server hosts all the services like AD DS, DHCP, DNS, RDS, File Server, and data.
Key Requirements:
- Migrate all services AD DS, DHCP, DNS, RDS, File Server
- Data migration from Windows Server 2012 R2 to 2022
Additional Details:
- All services are currently running on a single server.
- The data to be migrated is less than 1TB.
