Windows Server 2022 Installation with Disk Configuration

I would need the following tasks on a dedicated server rented from Hetzner:
- conversion of windows server 2022 standard installation from evaluation to final with command dism;
- license activation;
- configuration of mirroring of the 4 disks as per the procedure given in this tutorial https://hxp.plus/2023/04/01/Mirror-boot-drive-windows-server/ with the possibility of being able to restart the server from the second disk as explained in the guide.
