Windows Server 2012 Domain & DNS Issues

I have 2 Domain servers on ESXI, Today network was going in and out... In researching I started seeing lots of errors in Server Manager related to DNS and DOMAIN... Im not local and luckily can get on via ESXI. The site is not far and if I need to I can go there. First step I need someone to log in and see if we can figure out some of these issues.
