Windows Server to Azure VGN S2S VPN Setup

I need assistance in setting up a Site-to-Site (S2S) VPN from my Windows Server to an Azure Virtual Network (VGN). Currently, I only have credentials and permissions for the Windows Server; access to Azure VGN is not available as its managed by the end client. They need the following information from what you setup on our windows server. I am only hiring someone who actually reads this and provides a legitimate bid without using an AI response.

Public IP address: Firewall
Authentication: Shared Key (PSK)
IKE Protocol: IKEv2
phase1/phase2 VPN settings
