Windows Server Administrator for Scheduled Task Issue

I am looking for a Windows Server Administrator who can assist with an issue being experienced with scheduled tasks on Windows 2008/2019 servers. The specific issues are
1) A bat script to copy a file using a UNC address on windows 2008 R2 fails when run through the scheduled task, but it runs successfully when executed directly
2) Scheduled task gives set up error when set to run even if owner is not logged in.
