Windows Server ARP Spoofing Block

My server has been blocked by the provider due to an ARP spoofing attack. I need a fast solution to block this attack and get my service restored.

Requirements:
- Windows Server expertise
- Experience with ARP spoofing attacks
- Ability to configure firewall rules

I have the IP addresses and gateways ready to enable.
