Windows RDS - Unusual Problem Printing to shared onsite printer

Problem: AWS Hosted Windows 2018 virtual server, running Remote Desktop Services. We have Apprx 15 users connecting to RDS from remote windows PCs. There is on onsite HP P3005 Laserjet that has been working fine for the past 1+ years. As of a week ago, all but one of the otherwise identically configured remote PCs were able to print. All users are in the same office and on the same LAN.

The hired freelancer will connect to my local USA based PC using RemotePC.com as to avoid IP whitelisting issues.

NOTE: There was a new router installed onsite that seems to coincide with issue. I can get the router login logon Credentials
