Windows DC Migration Guru for Domain Recovery

Having issue with demoting Win2012 DC to a secondary controller and promoting Win2022 DC to primary controller. Forced Win2012 to become a secondary controller and Blue Screened the server. Need to recover Primary DC from backups, recover Domain enviroment. If you don't have any experience doing this work don't respond. No direct access, will be working in a shared Teams/Zoom meeting room.
