Windows IIS server - upgrade php and shifiting a drupal site - urgent

Need to shift drupal website front end and back end from cpanel to production server which is a windows server.
Should have IIS knowledge. Need to upgrade php on the IIS server, without affecting the old websites. Also phpmyadmin needs to be sorted, as its showing 500 error
