Windows Firewall in Rescue Mode

I am looking for an advanced Windows Firewall expert who can help me fix a specific issue while the system is in rescue mode. The programming language or platform is not a requirement for this project. The ideal candidate should have experience in Windows Firewall troubleshooting and the ability to work under pressure. I lost access to my VPS due to a missconfiguration of the windows firewall blocking all access to the host. VPS Company only offers boot in rescue mode. The solution would be to fully deactivate windows firewall through the rescue mode. The candidate should work under anydesk.. Payment will be made only when the task is finished and achieved.
