Windows 10 Boot Loop and Connectivity Fix

My Windows 10 is currently stuck in a boot loop. This issue arose after I removed some pin files. Before this, the system was disconnecting from the internet, preventing me from logging in with my Microsoft account. I can boot from another Windows 10 on an external SSD, so accessing the non-booting Windows 10 is possible and should simplify the repair.
