Windows Admin with Proxmox Experience Needed - Urgent

Need a skilled Windows admin with proxmox expereince as well. We have a Proxmox node running a Windows VM and pfSense VM. The VMs keep rebooting every 1 hour it seems. Also a lot of errors in the Windows VM I am not sure what to make of.
Need someone who can check this right now, but also need someone who can work for us long term around this same time each day for similar work. Can pay hourly or fixed price, just name it.
