VPN connection between VPS with Windows Server and Cliente computer in separated networks

I have a VPS running on Windows Server 2022 and I need to create a VPN to connect with other computers on my company that has a client application that needs to "see" the physical path of the Data Base that is in the cloud server.
I just need a VPN between the server and the clients to simulate that both are on the same network.
The clients are running windows 11 and Windows 10 and the server is running Windows Server 2022.
