Urgent: Recovery of Crashed Hyper-V VM

My Hyper-V VM running Windows Server 2022 has crashed and is stuck in a "Choose an Option" loop. I've attempted some recovery options but to no avail. Unfortunately, I do not have any backups or snapshots of the VM.
