Unable to access an IIS server with it's public ip internally

I am in need of a professional who can help me resolve an issue with accessing an IIS server using its public IP internally. The server is running on a Windows operating system. I am able to access the site eternally with it's public IP and internally with localhost.
I know this is a very small job which will take about 5 minutes. So, the maximum amount INR 500.
