USMT User Profile Migration Expert

I'm seeking a Windows expert to migrate 51-100 local user profiles from one Windows Server to another using USMT (User State Migration Tool).
Key Tasks:
- Export user profiles from the source server using scanstate.
- Import profiles to the destination server using loadstate.
- Ensure usernames match and profiles load correctly.
- Fix any permissions or ownership issues.
Requirements:
- Experience with USMT and Windows Server.
- Knowledge of SIDs, user profiles, and file permissions.
- Ability to deliver quickly and document the process.
Both servers are standalone with the same usernames but different SIDs. Full profile preservation is needed.
