URGENT - PHPMyAdmin - On Windows IIS Server - Error Solve or Update or New Install

I have an windows server, there are some sites running on it. PhpmyAdmin is currently not working properly. You need to make it working.

Without affecting the exisiting live website. Need to work now as it is urgent on anydesk or teamviewer (due to IP whitelisting)
