Troubleshoot various windows events after repair of a disk in a RAID1 - Server 2008 R2

We recently had a production server that was throwing off bad block errors and slowing the machine to a crawl. The effected volume is a RAID1 that covers the c: drive. The rebuild of the failing drive went without errors. Upon restarting errors, have about 4-5 issues to run down and solve. (Ex: CAPI1, error 256, Volsnap event 14, partition is now shown as RAW whereas it should be NTFS; therefore, chkdsk cannot run. RPC Service terminate Event 7031 and a couple more). Machine is a server 2008 R2
