Troubleshoot Windows Hyper-V & Ubuntu VM Connection

I'm experiencing issues with my desktop virtual machine running Hyper-V and Ubuntu Business partitioned from the private side. I have internet connection, but the connection fails to establish on the VM side, and no one can access my website, and I need a professional to help me troubleshoot the problem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose why the connection is closed
- Provide diagnostics to why the issue occurred
- Reinstate the connection to recover website access
- Ensure website is running live connection is stable
- Provide trouble shooting guide to ensure this doesn't happen again
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Windows as a host machine
- Proficient in Hyper-V and Ubuntu
- Strong troubleshooting skills

- The network setup is, to my knowledge, a host-only network but it may vary.
Experience with different network setups is a plus.
- Problems seems to start when Microsoft did automatic upgrades to the private site of the desktop.
