IT System Overhaul & GDPR Compliance

I'm seeking an expert administrator for a comprehensive review, update, and documentation of our tech stack and security settings. The project will focus on 3 key areas:
- Our Tech Stack: You'll have extensive experience working with O365, Windows 11 Pro, and JumpCloud. The task includes updating and integrating these platforms for optimal business functionality.
- Security: Strong expertise in network firewall, antivirus software, and user access controls are a must. You’ll ensure that our system software and hardware security settings are updated and fully protective.
- Compliance: We are required to fulfil GDPR compliance. In-depth understanding of it and the ability to implement all necessary adjustments is important.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Document the IT steps involved in onboarding new staff and when exiting staff leave.
This project requires thorough system administration experience, excellent documentation skills, and a strong understanding of IT security and compliance. It needs effective communication to explain technical information in a user-friendly manner to non-tech team members.
