IT Support Specialist Needed

I need a comprehensive IT support specialist to assist with several critical areas:

Active Directory & Group Policy Management
- User account management
- Group policy configuration

Network Services: DNS, DHCP, IP, APIPA
- Setup and troubleshooting of network services

Microsoft 365 Support
- Installation and setup
- Troubleshooting issues
- User training and support for Outlook, Teams, SharePoint

Remote Desktop Tools Support
- RDP, AnyDesk

Other Tasks
- Printer configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic antivirus and security management
- User support and ticket handling

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Experienced with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools
- Excellent problem-solving and user support skills
