Slow Windows 2022 Server
I have a 8 month old Windows server that has started running very slowly and often unresponsive. The server is used for multi-user RDP connections but performance is poor even when only admin account logged in. As an observation on speedtest.net it only gets circa 50-100mb whereas uploads are closer to 1000mb which downloads were until recently.
Have already swapped memory, run chkdsk and sfc but with no success.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Windows server optimization and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network performance analysis tools
- Familiarity with server hardware and software maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical solutions
