Setup an email client that will allow us to send out mass emails with MAPI

We send our customers reports on a daily basis using MS Access and we need to set up email client software (Outlook, Thunderbird or any other product) so that it will allow us to send out emails without giving us the warning message about a 3rd part app sending an email. We were using an old server with Outlook Express but it died so we're in a hurry to set up a replacement on Windows 10 or Windows Server 2008 or higher.
We've already tried changing the registry settings on our Windows 2008 server for Outlook but that hasn't had any effect. We have a virtual machine running Windows 10 that you can log into remotely via remote desktop so we'd like to use that if possible.
We need someone who knows how to set up any email client that supports MAPI and does not interfere with our ability to send automated emails -- we send out several hundred per day to our clients and our month-end reports number in the thousands.
We don't need help with MS access -- we just need you to set up the email client software for us. We can provide the credentials of course.
