Setup RDP to allow clients to connect to their personal computers

1. Set up RDP on Windows Server 2019
2. Add SSL to the connection
3. Set up Remote Web Access so users can use the web portal to access their computers.
3. Make sure everyone can connect to their personal computers with RDP
Must know Microsoft RDP and requirements for it. Such as, do I need licenses if only using the server to allow connections to physical workstations
